Learn more about how to “Get Grant Ready” in this free workshop, open to all — co-hosted by Outdoor Community Partners and the Heart of the Rockies Initiative.
This workshop is designed to provide you with a templated framework to help you secure funding and launch your project. We’ll help you develop the key elements of an effective proposal:
- Defined project concept
- Clear statement of need
- Outlined approach, activities, and timeline
- Defensible budget
- Tangible impacts

If you’re already ready to get to work, apply for Project Pitch Fest 2025! Five qualified communities will be randomly selected to be part of this program at no cost!
If selected, you’ll:
- Be a part of a community of peers to share ideas
- Receive individualized one-on-one coaching with Outdoor Community Partners and Heart of the Rockies
- Practice your project pitch with our advising experts to get feedback and suggestions
